The terrain

The problem was never the technology.

The scene is usually the same. The team tests, gets excited, and three months later nothing has changed in the operation.

95%

MIT research shows that 95% of corporate AI projects generate no measurable financial return. AI is usually deployed as a tactical tool rather than as an integral part of strategic processes. The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025.

84%

A Deloitte study shows that 84% of companies have not yet redesigned roles, processes or ways of working to incorporate AI. The focus is still only on training, generating little structural change.State of AI in the Enterprise: The untapped edge

5%

A Boston Consulting Group (BCG) study showed that only 5% of companies are future-ready and truly generate value with AI, because they have built the essential capabilities for AI to operate at the level of innovation and reinvention, beyond just driving efficiency. The Widening AI Value Gap

The system

One architecture, focused on results.

Connect every strategic unit, centralize what matters most and keep the institution on route, with the best and safest artificial intelligence on the market. MAP6.pro brings objectives, responsibilities and information together in a single architecture focused on results.

The route

Six weeks. Each one ends with a delivery.

In six weeks, we build the AI Governance Plan and deploy the Results Center, keeping every team focused on the strategic plan's objectives and key results — aligning AI deployment to produce practical deliverables.

Week one

360 Assessment

A diagnosis of where the institution stands today, across the six maps. Where AI can create value and where it would only accelerate the mistake.

Week two

Planning and governance

Building the AI governance policy and the plan. Everything goes into MAP6.pro as maps and OKRs. Planning does not become a document, it becomes a system in operation.

Week three

Practical workshops

Training the teams. This is not a prompt class. It is learning to think alongside artificial intelligence: developing a raw idea, extending a line of reasoning to the end, and breaking a complex problem into parts you can actually solve. Each area works on its own cases, not on generic examples.

Weeks four and five

Delivery sprints

Each area develops its own pilots, with support. This is where innovation leaves the slide deck and enters the routine.

Week six

The start line

Each area presents what it built, with leadership in the room. It is the day the organization sees with its own eyes what its team can do with AI.

Week six is not the finish. It is the start line.

That is why the program continues after it, with the strategic mentoring of MAP6 Strategy.

The technology

Anthropic, a global reference in AI safety.

MAP6's artificial intelligence solution runs on Anthropic's platform, a global reference in safety and reliability in artificial intelligence. It is the most rigorous technical standard on the market, applied to your institution's decisions, with the sovereignty of your data always preserved.

The navigator
The solution

Everything you need to generate results with AI.

From strategic reading to the daily briefing, every MAP6 feature exists to turn scattered information into a decision with an owner and a deadline.

Strategy

Strategic Insights

Navi reads your institution's strategic base and returns interpretation, not raw data. It cross-references objectives, deliveries and listening, and flags what advanced and what is about to become a risk. What reaches leadership arrives ready to decide, with known origin and an identified owner.

Conversation

Talk to Navi

You speak, she writes. She replies, you listen. Navi talks by voice or text, on desktop or mobile, for whoever is between meetings or driving between commitments. Nobody needs to learn how to write a prompt to work with artificial intelligence.

Routine

Morning Briefing

Every day, before the first meeting, Navi reads what the teams recorded and delivers the essentials: what advanced, what stalled and needs a decision, what is becoming a risk. A coffee with what matters most, instead of a half-hour status presentation. The agenda arrives ready.

Structure

Route, Risk and Direction

Every Navi analysis follows the same structure, which is why it's easy to read. Route shows the plan and where it stands. Risk points to the signals that need attention now. Direction brings the decisions that depend on you. Three blocks, always in the same order, in any report or conversation.

Innovation

Innovation with AI

Innovating stops depending on inspiration and becomes a process. In the workshops, teams learn design thinking applied to real work, with Navi alongside to develop the raw idea, test the logic and turn a proposal into a pilot. What proves out becomes an objective with an owner and a deadline.

Method

Focus on results

Map, Activate, Progress. The MAP method turns strategy into objectives and key results with an owner, deadline and evidence, reviewed in a continuous cycle. Every delivery has a name behind it, and the question stops being what we need to improve and becomes who delivers what, by when.

The system

Three connected solutions to accelerate your AI governance.

Each MAP6 solution covers a part of the journey, and they all speak to one another as a single governance ecosystem, turning information into decisions and decisions into results.

Consulting and mentoring

MAP6.strategy

MAP6 Strategy is the human, technical and creative connection where our specialists train your team and deploy our technologies inside your institution. We guide you through the 360 Assessment, the AI Governance Plan, the Innovation Workshops, the management of the Results Sprints with your teams, and strategic mentoring with the Results Center's executive group.

The three layers

Intelligent governance, value creation and real results.

For artificial intelligence to generate real results, your institution needs a governance strategy capable of activating value creation processes. MAP6 has the solution to build that systemic approach.

01

Strategy

Leadership defines the maps with objectives and key results to guide the teams. The center that keeps the organization connected and focused.

02

Innovation

Teams solve problems, improve processes and create value continuously, day to day, with design thinking applied to each area's practice.

03

Practice

Execution, control and measurement. The proof that AI works is in reaching practical results and simplifying the daily work of the whole team.

A continuous cycle of results to accelerate with artificial intelligence.

Security

Sovereignty over your data.

MAP6 runs on Anthropic's technology, which holds ISO 42001 certification (governance and responsible use of AI) and does not use corporate customers' content to train its models. MAP6 also applies high security standards: Row Level Security (RLS) active on every system table, extended access control, an audit trail, AI guardrails in blocking mode, masking of sensitive data in logs, and LGPD consent records.

Methodology · MAP Thinking

Map, Activate, Progress.

Governance is about deciding what matters most and making sure it happens. The MAP Thinking methodology brings a systemic view to generating results with AI, turning strategy into objectives and key results with an owner, a deadline and evidence. The question stops being what we need to improve and becomes who delivers what, by when.

The six maps

No single area delivers results alone.

AI deployed in one isolated area solves a task and stops there. The six maps form the complete anatomy of the institution, and every decision in one affects its neighbors.

Map 1 · Delivery

What we deliver and to whom. Understanding the different audience profiles in terms of behavior, expectations, fears and desires.

Map 2 · System

How we deliver. Integrating information, processes and technologies to support decisions and shorten the time to result.

Map 3 · Connection

How the audience finds and experiences us. Active listening, trust and relationship across the whole journey.

Map 4 · Marketing

How we communicate our value. Aligning message, presence and narrative to create meaningful connection.

Map 5 · People

Who delivers and how they grow. Skills, culture and the concept of a team augmented by artificial intelligence, with Navi acting as each person's navigator.

Map 6 · Strategy

Where we are going and how we get there. Planning, execution and governance focused on results, in a cycle that reviews outcomes periodically to keep the institution delivering.

Who leads

20 years of experience generating results.

MAP6 is a startup born out of a 20-year journey of projects focused on creating value for institutions. The MAP Thinking methodology was developed across those 20 years of applied practice in the private sector, in government and in the nonprofit sector. Along the way, its founders led strategic projects in government, large companies and international institutions, and it is that experience that now joins an artificial intelligence startup connecting strategy, innovation and practice.
